Biography

Hi!

i'm Peter Zhang

I current attend Carnegie Mellon University where I am an Electrical and Computer Engineering Major. I intend to graduate in December 2004 with a Masters in ECE. I work in my spare time with the Robotics Institute.

Our Electrical and Computer Engineering program consistently fluctuates in the rankings but is always in the top three in the nation. The Robotics Institute is the largest robotics research center in America.

I moved to America when I was 13 and I spent my high school years in Summerville, SC, where my parents still live. Summerville is a gorgeous little place.

While in South Carolina, I spent two years at the South Carolina Governor's School For Science And Mathematics in Hartsville, SC. The Governor's School is a fantastic opportunity and I would be glad to help anyone with any questions. It provided a great environment and education for gifted students and it's free because the state pays for you!

I moved to Leeds, England when I was six years old. I received a scholarship to attend Leeds Grammar School, a private school for boys.

Leeds was always fun because we watched "footy" and followed Leeds United

I was born in Hefei, China, where my grandparents and the majority of my family still live. I speak Mandarin Chinese still.
